By accessing or using Letshareit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.
You may use Letshareit for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Service to upload, share, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not use the Service to store or distribute: malware or harmful code; content that infringes intellectual property rights; illegal content; content that violates any applicable law; or spam.
Letshareit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solypsis PVT LTD. and protected by international copyright, trademark, and patent laws. Your files remain your property.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.
Files are stored until their expiry date or until you delete them. We reserve the right to delete files that violate these Terms without notice. Upon account termination, your files will be deleted within 30 days.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Letshareit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days notice for material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
